Dr Gill Seyfang is part of a team which has been awarded ESRC funding to hold a 2-year series of seminars on 'Sustainability Transitions: Rethinking everyday practices, identities and livelihoods'.
The grant (worth £17,570) was led by Dr Gavin Brown (University of Leicester) and brings together an interdisciplinary team of researchers from the Universities of Leicester, Liverpool, Salford, Sussex, Nottingham Trent and UEA.

CSERGE and Valuing Nature
CSERGE Director Ian Bateman is Principle investigator on the newly awarded NERC Interdisciplinary Network for Valuing Biodiversity, Ecosystem Services and Natural Resource Use.
In order for natural scientists to provide evidence and advice to inform decision makers, they need to understand the complexity of the ways in which the natural environment underpins human well-being.
